- Departure Location: Showboat Adventure Tours departs from Pier 1 Marina at 655 Pensacola Beach Blvd., Pensacola Beach, FL 32561 (behind Aloha Liquors).
- Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals may shorten your cruise or be considered a no-show.
- Traffic Advisory: Traffic can be heavy in-season, so plan accordingly to avoid delays. Missed departures cannot be refunded or rebooked.
- Parking: Free but limited parking is available at Pier 1 Marina. For convenience, use a ride-share service or contact Island Breeze Carts at 850-565-9532 for local pickup.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are refundable with 48 hours notice before your departure time. Bookings with 24 hours notice will be refunded 50%.
We will attempt to reschedule your cruise if we have availability or we will offer a gift card for a future cruise. If a booking is made and credit card is held and you do not show up, your card WILL be charged for the full amount.
We reserve the right to cancel any cruise at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical, or behavioral (ALCOHOL RELATED) issues. If your cruise is canceled, you will be given a rain check to re-book at another time or a refund. This excludes behavioral or alcohol related cancellations - these issues will not receive a refund.
