- The boat is a pontoon and is not equipped for non-mobile persons.
- The Blue Angels practice is loud and not recommended for infants.
- Captained tours are require a minimum of 4 passengers to depart.

- Departure Location: Showboat Adventure Tours departs from Pier 1 Marina at 655 Pensacola Beach Blvd., Pensacola Beach, FL 32561, located behind Aloha Liquors.
- Arrival Time: YOU MUST ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. If you have not arrived by the time of departure, the Captain may delay briefly. However, if you have not arrived within half an hour, you will be considered a "No-Show" and will not be refunded.
- Traffic Advisory: Pensacola Beach has very high traffic in season, so please allow extra time. If you do not make the boat, you will not be refunded or rebooked. Any delays will result in a shorter cruise time.
- Parking: Parking is limited, so we recommend using ride-share services like Uber or Lyft for the easiest transport to and from the boat. Alternatively, you can call Island Breeze Carts for a golf cart pick-up if you're staying on the beach. Call them for direct pick-up from your hotel or Airbnb at 850-565-9532.
- If you choose to drive, you can park in the Pier 1 Marina parking lot free of charge. Please allow for heavy traffic and time to find parking!
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are refundable with 48 hours notice before your departure time. Bookings with 24 hours notice will be refunded 50%.
We will attempt to reschedule your cruise if we have availability or we will offer a gift card for a future cruise. If a booking is made and credit card is held and you do not show up, your card WILL be charged for the full amount.
We reserve the right to cancel any cruise at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical, or behavioral (ALCOHOL RELATED) issues. If your cruise is canceled, you will be given a rain check to re-book at another time or a refund. This excludes behavioral or alcohol related cancellations - these issues will not receive a refund.
